- How can I upgrade my seat locations?
When you renew, send in your upgrade request as early as possible.
- Where is Section B seating?
Section B seats are located in the Rear Mezzanine sections at the American Airlines Theatre and Studio 54, and the Rear Side Orchestra or Rear Mezzanine sections at the Laura Pels Theatre.
- What documentation do I need to join the Teacher’s Series?
Please include a copy of your valid Teacher ID when you renew. You must update your Teacher ID every season. One ID will entitle you to the Teachers’ Series discount on two subscriptions.
- What documentation do I need to join the Family Club?
To receive half-price subscriptions for children aged 11–17, send proof of age per person. You must purchase one adult subscription for every two Family Club subscriptions. Please update the proof of age each time you renew.
- How do I change the names on my account?
Change the name of the account holder or split your subscription by attaching a signed, written request when you renew. This written request ensures the security of your subscription information.
